As a Senior Account Manager in Esri South Africa I am lead the telecommunication vertical for South Africa. I have the responsibility of creating the strategy and account plans for the telecommunication vertical. Engaging with key decision makers to ensure that the solution offered to their organization addresses their specific pain points and adds value to their organization.

Sebata Municipal Solutions allowed me the opportunity to introduce spatial awareness within the company. Business Development was my key focus within the organization which required taking the lead with RFI's, RFP's and RFQ's.

Working within the government arena exposed me to the different facets of service delivery. Using my knowledge of FOSS4G (Free and Open Source Software for GIS) I assisted numerous government departments with the introduction of FOSS4G. Having a leadership role within the FOSS4G role, it enabled me to use my leadership skills to drive the relevant projects.
